Uganda | Kids Around The World

This trip is open to anyone wanting to join a short-term mission team to Uganda.

As part of this trip, you will have the opportunity to partner with Kids Around The World’s indigenous staff in Uganda and be the “hands and feet” of Jesus that love, care and provide for his children - whether it is by giving kids the gift of play with a beautiful playground, providing nutritious meals, or sharing God’s story of His love for them.

Part of this week will be dedicated to building a playground and when it is all complete, we will have a huge celebration to dedicate it to the kids in the community. The team will also spend time in the communities, refugee camps, building relationships, sharing the good news through KidStory and enjoying the beautiful culture of Uganda. We will end our trip with a one day Safari!

Cost: $1500 per person + flights (this includes travel insurance, lodging, in country transportation, food and supplies). Roughly $3,000 total. 
Location: Gulu, Uganda
Age restrictions: Yes (ages 12+)
Lodging: Local hotels
Required prior to travel:
   - Cross cultural training provided by NCCC
   - Ugandan Visa
   - Any required vaccinations (yellow fever, typhoid, etc.)

The cost for the playground will be $7,500 if you'd like to donate above and beyond to support this trip.
